A legal marriage in Thailand can be internationally recognized in several ways. The following information is for foreigners (Non-Thai) that want to legally marry another foreigner (Non-Thai).
Different countries have different requirements, though most follow the same guidelines. If you want to be sure what your country's exact guidelines are then we suggest checking with your embassy in Thailand (all info is usually available online) about legally recognized marriages abroad.
This process will vary with each country. It is recommended that you read your embassy’s web-site thoroughly and completely and contact your embassy if you have any legal questions about registering at that embassy. We are not responsible for changes to each countries laws.
You must keep in mind not to try and register on weekends, Thai holidays and your country's national holidays as all government offices and embassies will be closed.

Flowers On Samui
“Thailands national flower is the Ratchaphruek but officially there is no Koh Samui Flower, however, if I had to choose a Flower Samui could call its own, I would think of the Dala or Torch Ginger.”
