General & Refund/Return Policy
We can only deliver on Koh Samui, If an order is placed for delivery somewhere other than Samui Island a full refund will be issued.
As a result of the current COVID-19 issues certain flower types and colours may not be available. Orders may not look exactly as pictured, however, we will do our best to provide arrangements as close to those pictured whilst keeping with the sentiment of the order. If certain flowers or colours are important to you please message before ordering to confirm availability.
We do our level best to deliver your order on the same day, however, if this is not possible we will deliver the next day.
- When certain flowers, vases or baskets are not available we reserve the right to use a suitable alternative whilst keeping with the sentiment of your order. The following items will never be substituted without prior consultation with you, the customer
- We cannot guarantee the colour of Teddy Bears

If you are not happy with the quality of your order, you may request a refund by submitting a claim within 48 hours of the delivery. Please submit your claim at [email protected]
In the event of any other issues such as a non delivery claim, missing product etc. we request you to submit your claim within 5 days always indicating your order number.
If you provide us with incorrect or incomplete delivery information on placing your order, we will not be able to guarantee delivery. Full delivery information must be provided (including delivery address/directions and working delivery telephone number is essential) for us to make a timely delivery.
If we are unable to deliver your order on the selected date or the day after due to circumstances within our control, you will be entitled to a refund of the value of the order.
If we are unable to make a delivery due to circumstances beyond our control (for instance, the recipient is not at home), you will not be entitled to a refund. We will always try to contact the delivery telephone number in such cases to ensure a successful delivery.
If we are unable to make a delivery because the recipient refuses to accept delivery you will not be entitled to a refund.
If you cancel your order within 48 hours of delivery a full refund will be issued against flowers.
If you cancel your order with 24 hours of delivery no refund can be issued.
